At Graphic Mom / FirePlays, every order is created just for you. We put care into every design and print, and our hope is that you absolutely love what arrives at your door. Because our items are made to order, returns are limited—but if something isn’t right, we’re always happy to help.
Made-to-Order Items
Most Graphic Mom / Fireplays products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable. This helps us reduce waste and produce thoughtfully. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds or replacements will not be issued after this period.

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- Item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
